The firm’s memory that never leaves.
Precedents, case files, templates, legislation. Semantic search with clickable citations to the original passage. Complete traceability of every AI answer.
Four use cases Italian firms face every day.
What Italian firms use DeepNeural for, every day.
Search your firm’s precedents
Briefs, opinions, and filings across the entire firm, queryable in natural language. You find the right precedent even when the person who drafted it is no longer with you.
Document due diligence
Upload the target’s contracts and surface atypical clauses, missing warranties, and discrepancies between one version of the negotiation set and the next.
Assisted drafting
A first draft of a brief, contract, or opinion built from the firm’s own templates. The senior reviews; the AI prepares the base.
Onboarding associates
A new attorney asks "how do we handle this issue at this firm" and gets an answer with citations to the matters already handled. Institutional memory that stays.
Questions that work in the average Italian firm.
Three real examples to adapt to your case files. The more specific the prompt, the more useful the answer: name the case file, the party, the period, and the document type.
Find in our case files the firm’s precedents on an employer’s liability for an injury sustained while traveling for work. Cite the matter, the year, and the specific passage of the brief.
Analyze the attached contract and flag the clauses that depart from our standard NDA template, citing the contract article and the template article to compare.
Draft a reply brief for the attached case: summarize the points raised by the opposing party and propose a counter-argument for each, drawing on the firm’s precedents I uploaded.
The AI is a working tool. The responsibility stays with the attorney.
Every document exported from DeepNeural — draft briefs, judgment summaries, first drafts of a contract — automatically includes the AI-assisted disclaimer. It is hardcoded in the product’s code and not removable from the interface. Anyone who wants a "clean" document removes it manually in their own editor, explicitly taking on the responsibility of doing so.
This is the pattern we believe is correct for professional AI use in a law firm: traceability of the content’s nature is a protection the firm claims for itself. It claims it before the client, before the bar council, before the colleague who inherits the case file.
- Granular per-case-file / per-client permissions. Professional confidentiality is not just a principle, it is a technical segregation in the document’s permissions.
- Audit trail on access and permission changes. Who could see what, and when, is logged.
- Explicit citation of the source document. Every statement the AI makes points back to the case file and the passage, quoted verbatim.
What makes DeepNeural different for practicing attorneys.
A working tool designed for people who handle documents with professional consequences.
Semantic RAG search
Search understands the concept, not just the word. "Defect of consent through fraud" finds the brief even when the attorney wrote "fundamental error caused by deception".
Clickable citations
Every passage of the answer cites the case file, the document, and the source page. Professional-responsibility verification guaranteed before you bring it into a filing.
Per-case-file permissions
For each document you choose: the whole firm, only the practice areas involved (e.g. "Labor", "M&A", client "Acme"), or individual members. Confidentiality stays inside the team.
Audit trail for professional responsibility
Permission changes and AI operations are logged. For anyone who has to answer to the bar council or document internal conduct.
AI disclaimer on exported documents
The DOCX, PDF, and XLSX files generated by the AI carry a clear notice of their assisted nature, hardcoded and not removable. Traceability of the content’s nature protects the professional.
Every format, including scans
Judgments, filings, and expert reports in native PDF, DOCX, XLSX: text and tables extracted as structured data. Scanned filings and images (e.g. a photo of a document) are recognized via OCR and Vision AI and made searchable.
Client confidentiality is never a detail.
