Yes. Each document is set to one of three levels: the whole organization, only the responsible departments (purchasing, production, quality, etc.), or specific members. The four roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Member) see only what concerns them.
Yes. DeepNeural extracts text and structure from native PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Tables are read as data, not as images, and enter the context of the answer. Scanned spec sheets are also read automatically thanks to OCR.
It depends on the plan: 100 new documents per month on Starter, 300 on Growth, 1,000 on Scale. Storage is included up to 500 GB per organization. Documents from previous months remain available with no expiration.
