For each active organization we also charge a €49/month service fee for providing the platform, training, dedicated support and the continuous improvement of our tools. The usage plans above largely cover the computational costs of the neural network. Everything on a single monthly invoice per organization.

Yes. After registration you get one free request without entering a credit card. For structured organizations, a dedicated demo by appointment is also available — just write to the sales team.
Yes. The upgrade is immediate and prorated: you only pay the difference for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. The new requests and the new document limit are active right after payment.
The service stops at 100% of the plan’s requests. You can upgrade to the next tier or buy an add-on request pack on demand, in both cases with immediate payment. No cut-off mid-answer: the system reserves the worst-case budget before starting.
Yes. You cancel from the Billing area and the service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After expiry you can still download your documents for 37 days before permanent deletion.
Yes. At checkout we ask for the P.IVA (VAT number), address, SDI (e-invoicing exchange code) and optional PEC (certified email). Invoices are issued automatically and can be downloaded as PDF from the Billing area.
By paying annually you pay ten months instead of twelve: two months free every year, on any tier. You can change frequency at the next renewal.
Yes. If you used the free request before subscribing, the first month of the plan is discounted by 49 euros on any tier. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code.
Yes. One-time add-on packs are available (e.g. 50, 200 or 500 requests) and can be purchased from the Billing area. The requests are added to the current month’s counter.
The PA tier is customized per organization: tailored pricing, enterprise SLA (99.5% uptime, email support within 24 business hours, RTO 4h, RPO 24h), split payment (split-payment VAT mechanism) invoicing, support in Italian.
