In summary
Enterprise-grade security. Documents stored on European cloud infrastructure (Frankfurt, Germany) with encryption in transit and at rest. Yes. Complete public Art. 28 DPA, SCCs where applicable, storage in the EU. The organization remains the Data Controller; we are the external Processor. Data subjects’ rights are handled on request within GDPR timeframes.
Yes. Split payment invoicing with CIG and CUP (mandatory public-procurement tracking codes) is handled in the dedicated quote, together with transmission via SDI (the national e-invoicing exchange system) and the institutional PEC (certified email). Stripe handles invoice generation; for cases that require specific payment-settlement paths, we define the flow during onboarding.
For direct awards or below-threshold purchases we operate as a standard B2B supplier with a bilateral contract. For MEPA (public e-procurement marketplace) routes or above-threshold tenders, we assess timing and methods together in the dedicated quote.

No, never. It is contractually guaranteed by all the AI providers we use (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) for API access. It is referenced in the DPA and in the AI providers’ Terms of Service.
